برای اینکه صدای خود را همزمان با نمایش اسلاید پاورپوینت ضبط کنید مراحل زیر را انجام دهید:
۱٫ فایل پاورپوینت را باز کنید.
۲٫ بر روی منوی Slide Show کلیک کرده و مطابق تصویر زیر، گزینه Record Slide Show را انتخاب کنید. همانطور که در تصویر زیر می‌بینید، دو گزینه نمایش داره می شود. گزینه اول به این معنا است که ضبط صدا از اسلاید اول شروع شود و گزینه دو به این معنا است که ضبط صدا از اسلایدی که روی آن هستید شروع شود. اگر می خواهید ضبط صدا از اسلاید اول شروع شود، بر روی گزینه ۱ کلیک کنید.
۳٫همانطور که در تصویر زیر می‌بینید، یک پنجره باز می‌شود. بر روی گزینه Start Recording کلیک کنید.
۴٫ اسلایدهای شما نمایش داده می شود، همزمان با نمایش اسلایدها، توضیحات خود را بگویید تا صدای شما ضبط شود. در بالا سمت چپ، یک نوار مستطیل ملاحظه می کنید که در شکل زیر آن را توضیح می‌دهم:
۵٫ بعد از اینکه توضیحات خودتون رو روی اسلایدها ضبط کردید گزینه ضربدر را در تصویر بالا انتخاب کنید. همانطور که می بینید صدای شما به صورت مجزا بر روی هر اسلاید ضبط شده است و با نمایش حالت اسلایدشو صدای شما همزمان با نمایش اسلایدها پخش می‌شود.
